We had the opportunity to shoot our high summer 2017 campaign with Mark Sullivan-Bradley in sunny Queensland. Mark, who’s been in the industry for almost 10 years now, is focusing on the Fashion and Lifestyle Industry and has been working on a wide range of clients from the Business, Commercial and Editorial field.
We had a little interview with Mark to get to know him better – find his answers below:
What’s your background in photography?
Just growing up on a Farm in the beautiful Tweed Valley and appreciating light and composition while trying to capture it to show my family and friends. Progressed from those fundamentals to shooting Models from Agencies when I was younger and slowly building up a steady client base as my inquisitive nature grew.
When did you start doing photography?
Professionally about 9 years ago.
What are you inspired by?
Helping others and Travelling with my Wife Anya.
What other photographers do you admire/ have as your role model?
Dennis Piel, Lachlan Bailey, Greg Lotus
Do you have a favourite project that you created?
Every project I get is a favourite because I’m lucky to be able to work in this industry and very thankful.
Is there any dream project?
Some deserted Tropical Island for a week shooting amazing Swim & Resort Wear on beautiful elegant Models:)
What would you do if you weren’t a photographer?
If you were given the opportunity to have coffee and chat with a notable person such as a famous photographer, writer or actor (dead or alive) who would it be and why?
Probably Mario Testino so he can tell me all about landing those big Magazine jobs 😉
