5 steps to get the perfect beach hair:
Start by working in to damp hair a texture or a sea salt spray. (I use Mr Smith; Texture & Sea salt spray)
Blast dry to create texture and volume.
Start curling the hair by taking 1 inch sections applying the iron a few inches down from the root. Angle the iron diagonally in alternate ways.
When working towards the front of the head ensure the sections are curled away from the face. The hair doesn’t need to be curled to the very end, straight ends in this style are key!
*A good tip for holding the iron is to make sure the inside of your wrist and fingers are facing towards you. Always make sure the iron is moving and is not clamped tightly on the hair, this creates dents.
Shake out the waves with your hands, finishing with a workable piece-y product, i use KMS playable texture to enhance that beachy, matte finish!
